Delivery options: Everything you need to know

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Shipping Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific shipping policies that you wish to establish between your business and your customers. Orders received after 8pm GMT are calculated from the next business day. Please see below for additional important delivery information, including specific product exceptions and delivery to international locations.

Please note: Foil Christmas cards and foil invitations and announcements are not available for Rush 2 day delivery. Our fastest option for these products is Express 4 day delivery.

You can now get your order delivered to a Royal Mail pickup point anywhere in the UK. Simply choose your pickup point at checkout. If you’re already logged in, click on “change” to change the address on the delivery page, then choose your pickup point.

Please note that this service is not available on all products. Pickup points are only available for 4, 6 and 10 day delivery options.

International orders

We’re happy to deliver most orders internationally, though additional delivery rates will apply. Please note that some products are not available for delivery outside the UK. The following products are not available for international delivery: Plastic Business Cards, Next Day Business Cards, LED Light Boxes. Please also note that this selection may change in the future.

Product exceptions

Some London Promotions products are not available in all delivery speeds.

For example, products in the following categories may only be available with Economy (10 business day) delivery:

  • Clothing & Bags

  • Promotional Products (pens, technology, and some other items)

  • Heat-Changing Mugs

  • Photo Books

If your order includes products with different delivery speeds, it can be split into separate deliveries. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.

You'll have a choice of delivery speeds, depending on which products are in your basket. For example, if some of your items are available for Rush delivery, you will be able to choose this option. You only need to select and pay for one speed.

Before you make the payment, we’ll show you how your order will be split and the estimated date that each product will be delivered to your address. This means you’ll know prior to purchase which products in your basket may arrive later than your chosen delivery speed.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I get free delivery?
A: Yes, when you spend over £40, you’ll get free economy delivery.

Q: Will my order be trackable?
A: Your order will always be trackable. The only exception to this is for orders dispatched to a postal box.

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected. Some of our main carriers are DPD and Royal Mail.

Q: Do you deliver internationally? To which countries do you deliver? A: Yes! We’re happy to deliver your order internationally – please note that additional delivery rates will apply.

We deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Q: At what time will my order be delivered? A: Normally all deliveries will be made within normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages are delivered by 6pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 6pm you can view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. You can also Contact us at any time and we’ll be glad to assist.
